Alpine Pizza
A different take on pizza - sans tomatoes! It's rich, cheesy and tasty.

Ingredients
- 80g gruyère cheese, grated
- 250g crème fraîche
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- Salami or smoked salmon
- Capers or olives
- Pizza cheese
- Pizza bases (can be gluten-free)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Prepare the pizza bases by spreading the crème fraîche over the base.
- Sprinkle with the Gruyère and top with the onions, salami (or smoked salmon) and olives (or capers).
- Finally, top with a sprinkling of pizza cheese.
- Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve when golden.
