Alpine Pizza

A different take on pizza - sans tomatoes! It's rich, cheesy and tasty.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Prepare the pizza bases by spreading the crème fraîche over the base.
  3. Sprinkle with the Gruyère and top with the onions, salami (or smoked salmon) and olives (or capers).
  4. Finally, top with a sprinkling of pizza cheese.
  5. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve when golden.
