Harissa Paste
Spicy middle eastern flavours.
- Yield: A medium jar of paste
- Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients
- 10 small hot red chillies, half seeds removed
- 2 red capsicums, roasted and skins removed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor; process until very smooth.
- Place into a sterilised jar and refrigerate.
- Serve with lamb cutlets and couscous.
