Pasta Carbonara

Creamy, rich Carbonara with an added smokey flavour.

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the Salt. Once boiled add the Spaghetti and cook as per directions.
  2. Heat the oil in a man and fry off the Bacon. Add the Garlic to the pan and once fragrant, add the Mushrooms. Once the Mushrooms are softened add the Paprika and cook for a minute. Deglaze the pan with the White Wine and stir the mixture.
  3. Over a low heat add the mixture and cream to the cooked pasta. Then add the Eggs and Cheese stirring through.
  4. Serve with Garlic Bread and garnish with Parsley.
