Tandoori Chicken with Honeydew Melon Salsa

Indian style chicken with a refreshing spicy melon side.

Directions

  1. Combine tandoori paste and yoghurt in a bowl. Place chicken in a flat dish and pour over marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 190ยบ.
  3. Cook chicken for 1 hour.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients to make salsa and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve chicken with salsa on the side and steamed basmati rice.
