Tandoori Chicken with Honeydew Melon Salsa
Indian style chicken with a refreshing spicy melon side.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tandoori paste
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 4 chicken legs (thigh and drumstick), jointed
- 1/4 honeydew melon
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 small red chilli, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leavers
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine tandoori paste and yoghurt in a bowl. Place chicken in a flat dish and pour over marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 190ยบ.
- Cook chicken for 1 hour.
- Combine remaining ingredients to make salsa and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chicken with salsa on the side and steamed basmati rice.
