Tools
One of the lessons learnt early in the project was that we were working within a complex environment, one where we had to adapt to dynamic resourcing and the interconnected challenges of pedagogy, technology, quality expectations, and commercial realities.
This led the team to develop practical innovations that aimed to shift the focus from delivering the minimum viable product to instead create the maximum value through meaningful collaboration and sustainable practices. This required the development of tools and practices that opened up the possibilites for involvement and collaboration, sharing the skills, knowledge, and experience of all involved.
